Joe Peres has more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry working as both a project manager and owners’ representative.  Projects include renovations at numerous regional shopping centers, hospitals, and healthcare facilities as well as larger projects such as GEODIS Stadium and the renovation of the State Fairgrounds site and Speedway in Nashville TN.
